Executive Presence Coaching
Phase I: Assessment
- Consultant will perform 5-6 interviews with executive's manager, peers, direct reports, and human resource personnel
- Use of Executive Presence assessment instrument
- Initial meeting with the executive
- Gaining a Strategic Edge Program
Phase II: Development Plan
- Detailed written summary of feedback interview data
- Consultant will interpret and provide feedback to the executive from the assessment and interviews
- Completion of a development plan
Phase III: Coaching Sessions
- 8 sessions over a 4-6 month period
- Phone coaching as appropriate, in between sessions
- Shadowing of executive in meetings and other public communication situation, if appropriate
- Use of video taping during sessions and behavioral contracts and assignments between sessions
- Coaching for a key event, if appropriate
- Follow up session
