Executive Presence Coaching

Phase I: Assessment

  • Consultant will perform 5-6 interviews with executive's manager, peers, direct reports, and human resource personnel
  • Use of Executive Presence assessment instrument
  • Initial meeting with the executive
  • Gaining a Strategic Edge Program

Phase II: Development Plan

  • Detailed written summary of feedback interview data
  • Consultant will interpret and provide feedback to the executive from the assessment and interviews
  • Completion of a development plan

Phase III: Coaching Sessions

  • 8 sessions over a 4-6 month period
  • Phone coaching as appropriate, in between sessions
  • Shadowing of executive in meetings and other public communication situation, if appropriate
  • Use of video taping during sessions and behavioral contracts and assignments between sessions
  • Coaching for a key event, if appropriate
  • Follow up session
