Women’s Leadership and Retention
Gender continues to be a surprisingly important variable when helping senior executives and professionals to learn, grow and face new challenges in their careers. Ongoing research on leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership, Catalyst and the Families and Work Institute all conclude that women leaders may require somewhat different approaches to talent management, from recruitment and development to retention.
